animation-name: none; transition-property: none;\">O Departamento de Urbanismo limpou o local, adicionou tubos e fez uma caixa coletora ligando as duas fileiras de tubos a uma fileira de escoamento das \u00e1guas, resolvendo o problema de capta\u00e7\u00e3o e direcionamento das \u00e1guas de chuva.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: inherit;
