text-align: justify; text-indent: -6.0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/strong><strong>S\u00famula:<\/strong> Disp\u00f5e sobre a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas tempor\u00e1rias para enfrentamento da Pandemia Coronav\u00edrus (COVID &#8211; 19), e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Corpodotexto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">SERGIO FAUST,<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Prefeito Municipal Interino de Nova Prata do Igua\u00e7u, Estado do Paran\u00e1, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas em Lei, especialmente as constantes na Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><a><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Considerando a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o de Enfrentamento \u00e0 COVID &#8211; 19.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">D E C R E T A<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> <span style=\"color: black;\">Os seguintes servi\u00e7os e atividades dever\u00e3o funcionar, a partir das 05:00 horas do dia <\/span>15 <span style=\"color: black;\">de abril de 2021 at\u00e9 as 05:00 horas do dia 30 de abril de 2021, com restri\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio, modalidade de atendimento e\/ou regras de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e capacidade, nos seguintes termos:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">I &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\"> Atividades comerciais n\u00e3o essenciais, com\u00e9rcios e de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o essenciais, com limita\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; text-indent: 0.4px; margin-left: 0.4px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">Segunda a sexta-feira com expediente normal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; text-indent: 0.4px; margin-left: 0.4px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">S\u00e1bado as atividades poder\u00e3o funcionar at\u00e9 as 18 horas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; text-indent: 0.4px; margin-left: 0.4px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">Domingo as atividades poder\u00e3o funcionar somente na modalidade de entrega delivery ou similares.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">II<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\"> &#8211; Restaurantes, bares, lanchonetes e conveni\u00eancias, dever\u00e3o funcionar diariamente das 6 horas as 23 horas com limita\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade em 50% de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s somente na modalidade de entrega delivery ou similares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">\u00a7 1\u00ba<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\"> &#8211; A <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">capacidade do local ser\u00e1 entendida como a constante do auto de vistoria do Corpo de Bombeiros, para fins do percentual de capacidade de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. 2\u00ba<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> &#8211; Suspende, a partir das 05 horas do dia 15 de abril de 2021, at\u00e9 as 05 horas do dia 30 de abril de 2021, o funcionamento dos seguintes servi\u00e7os e atividades:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">I &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Estabelecimentos destinados ao entretenimento ou eventos culturais, tais como casas de shows, casa noturnas ou similares, praias artificiais, casas de festas e eventos e atividades correlatas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">II &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Estabelecimentos destinados a mostras comerciais, feiras de varejo, eventos t\u00e9cnicos, entre outros eventos de interesse profissional t\u00e9cnico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">III &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Reuni\u00f5es com aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas, incluindo eventos, comemora\u00e7\u00f5es, confraterniza\u00e7\u00f5es, em espa\u00e7os de uso p\u00fablico ou privados, exceto para reuni\u00f5es com fins de interesse p\u00fablico e emergencial, ficando limitado at\u00e9 25 pessoas no local, devendo observar as medidas de higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o conforme art. 8\u00ba deste Decreto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. 3\u00ba<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> &#8211; Em caso de determina\u00e7\u00e3o do TRE &#8211; Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Elei\u00e7\u00f5es Municipal Complementar, as atividades legais que ser\u00e3o realizadas, com presen\u00e7a de pessoas, deve se ater nas <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">obrigatoriedades do uso de m\u00e1scara, distanciamento social, uso de \u00e1lcool gel e constante higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o, permite o funcionamento das 8 horas as 23 horas, local com limita\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade em 50%, conforme art. 1\u00ba, \u00a7<strong> <\/strong>1\u00ba<strong> <\/strong>deste Decreto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. 4\u00ba &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Academias de gin\u00e1sticas para pr\u00e1tica esportiva individual ou coletiva: das 06 horas as 23 horas de segunda a s\u00e1bado, com limita\u00e7\u00e3o de 30% de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. 5\u00ba<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> &#8211; Fica permitido a pr\u00e1tica esportiva individual ou coletiva, das 06 horas as 23 horas, ficando limitado em no m\u00e1ximo 22 pessoas no mesmo espa\u00e7o f\u00edsico, \u00e9 de responsabilidade do propriet\u00e1rio ou organizador, o fornecimento de material de higiene, controle da limita\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas, devendo ainda relacionar os nomes das pessoas presente, data e hor\u00e1rio que praticou a atividade esportiva, ficando em sua posse de arquivo, apresentar o controle caso seja solicitado pela Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. 6\u00ba &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> Eventos religiosos, preferencialmente ao ar livre, em ambientes fechados, observar a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SESA n\u00ba 221\/2021, ou outras que venham ser publicada em prazo de validade deste Decreto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 14.0pt 0cm 14.0pt 0cm;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>7\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> <span style=\"color: black;\">Fica proibido consumo de bebidas alc\u00f3olicas e aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es em parques e locais p\u00fablicos, como lago municipal, parques, pra\u00e7as, dentre outros. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>8\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> <span style=\"color: black;\">Fica reiterada a obrigatoriedade do uso de m\u00e1scara, distanciamento social, uso de \u00e1lcool gel e constante higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o, devendo-se evitar aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>9\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> <span style=\"color: black;\">Os visitantes de outros munic\u00edpios devem observar os cuidados de higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o por ocasi\u00e3o de visitas aos seus familiares, recomendando-se a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1scara pelas fam\u00edlias em suas resid\u00eancias. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>10 &#8211;<\/strong> <span style=\"color: black;\">No per\u00edodo das 23 horas \u00e0s 5 horas, diariamente, fica restringida a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas em espa\u00e7os e vias p\u00fablicas<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">\u00a7 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> <span style=\"color: black;\">A medida prevista no caput deste artigo ter\u00e1 vig\u00eancia a partir das 23 horas do dia 15 de abril de 2021 at\u00e9 as 5 horas do dia 30 de abril de 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\">\u00a7 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: black;\"> Excetua-se do disposto no caput deste artigo a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas e ve\u00edculos em raz\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os e atividades essenciais, sendo entendidos como tais todos aqueles definidos no art. 5\u00ba do Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 6.983\/2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Art. 11<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> &#8211; Este Decreto entra em vigor no dia 15 de abril de 2021 com vig\u00eancia at\u00e9 as 05:00 horas do dia 30 de abril de 2021, permanecendo vigentes as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es dos decretos municipais que n\u00e3o conflitarem com o presente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 127.6pt;
