Tendo em vista a situa\u00e7\u00e3o desencadeada pelo Estado de Emerg\u00eancia em decorr\u00eancia do COVID-19, a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal em conversa com a C\u00e2mara de Vereadores decidiu prorrogar o Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano – IPTU, ITU – Imposto Territorial Urbano, Taxa de Expediente e Taxa de Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica em dois meses.<\/p>\n

O vencimento da primeira parcela ou cota \u00fanica ficou para dia 15\/07, assim sucessivamente at\u00e9 a sexta parcela com encerramento no dia 15\/12\/2020. Os contribuintes que optarem pelo pagamento em cota \u00fanica ter\u00e3o o desconto de 10%, ou ent\u00e3o, o governo municipal estuda dar um desconto maior aos contribuintes.<\/p>\n
