Recebidos na Companhia de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o do Paran\u00e1 (Cohapar), o prefeito Adroaldo Hoffelder (Sass\u00e1), presidente da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores Vanderlei Orben e deputado estadual Wilmar Reichembach participaram de reuni\u00e3o ter\u00e7a-feira (23) com o Diretor de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria, Luiz Corti, para tratar de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de terrenos e moradias em Nova Prata do Igua\u00e7u.<\/p>\n

Sonho antigo de moradores da Linha Nova Vit\u00f3ria, foi iniciado neste mandato e retomado no Governo Ratinho Junior. Sass\u00e1 e seu grupo pol\u00edtico tem o compromisso de fazer a entrega de escrituras a 57 fam\u00edlias desta comunidade.<\/p>\n

As lideran\u00e7as ainda protocolaram o projeto de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana, onde ser\u00e1 iniciado a Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria de aproximadamente 200 moradias constru\u00eddas nos Bairros S\u00e3o Jorge, Piscina, Cossa, Vorazinho e Sagais. <\/p>\n

Em termos gerais, Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria, \u00e9 o processo que inclui medidas jur\u00eddicas, urban\u00edsticas, ambientais e sociais, com a finalidade de integrar assentamentos irregulares ao contexto legal das cidades.<\/p>\n
