A Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o em parceria com o Servi\u00e7o Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural (SENAR) e a Prefeitura Municipal de Nova Prata do Igua\u00e7u, realizou nos dias 11 e 12 de abril de 2014, o curso de doces e gel\u00e9ias, onde foi poss\u00edvel trabalhar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de diversos doces e a forma adequada de preparo e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos. O curso, que foi realizado no Centro Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil Santana Hoepers, teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de merendeiras e zeladoras das escolas municipais. O curso contou com aulas te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas ministradas pela instrutora do SENAR Claudete Lacombe, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 16 horas. De acordo com a nutricionista do munic\u00edpio Ana Maria Bell\u00e9, o objetivo da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o foi desenvolver produtos baseados em m\u00e9todos adequados de preparo e manipula\u00e7\u00e3o, visando o aproveitamento integral dos alimentos, reduzindo assim, o desperd\u00edcio e contribuindo na diversidade das prepara\u00e7\u00f5es nas escolas do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n
